CJC-1295 causes the natural release of GH, but it does so by naturally stimulating the growth hormone releasing hormone receptor.

 

Ipamorelin is one of the most selective growth hormone (GH) secretagogues known and a potent agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor. It has been heavily researched in a number of settings and is known to, improve bone health, boost muscle repair and development, stimulate insulin release from the pancreas, and improve bowel motility and gastric function.

 

CJC-1295 when combined with Ipamorelin has been shown to exhibit synergistic effects when researched together. 

 

Lyophilized Peptides: These peptides are freeze-dried, a process that not only extends shelf life but also preserves the purity and integrity of the peptides during storage.

Non-Lyophilized Peptides: Offered as a dry powder, these peptides, while not as extensively processed as lyophilized peptides, still maintain a high level of purity. CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin Blend

The combination of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin is a synergistic blend of two growth hormone-releasing peptide analogues, designed to enhance growth hormone (GH) secretion through complementary mechanisms. CJC-1295 is a long-acting GHRH analog that promotes sustained GH release, while Ipamorelin is a selective GHRP agonist that stimulates GH secretion with minimal effects on cortisol and prolactin levels.

Research Insights

Animal studies have shown that combining these peptides may increase lean body mass, improve muscle repair, promote fat metabolism, enhance bone density, and improve recovery. By stimulating the growth hormone axis via two separate receptors, the combination achieves higher GH pulse amplitude and more stable IGF-1 levels without significantly increasing side effects.

Storage Instructions

All of our products are manufactured using the Lyophilization (Freeze Drying) process, which ensures that our products remain 100% stable for shipping for up to 3–4 months.

Once the peptides are reconstituted (mixed with bacteriostatic water), they must be stored in the refrigerator to maintain stability. After reconstitution, the peptides will remain stable for up to 30 days.

Lyophilization is a unique dehydration process, also known as cryodesiccation, where the peptides are frozen and then subjected to low pressure. This causes the water in the peptide vial to sublimate directly from solid to gas, leaving behind a stable, crystalline white structure known as lyophilized peptide. The puffy white powder can be stored at room temperature until you're ready to reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water.

Once peptides have been received, it is imperative that they are kept cold and away from light. If the peptides will be used immediately, or in the next several days, weeks, or months, short-term refrigeration under 4°C (39°F) is generally acceptable. Lyophilized peptides are usually stable at room temperatures for several weeks or more, so if they will be utilized within weeks or months, such storage is typically adequate.

For longer-term storage (several months to years), it is preferable to store peptides in a freezer at -80°C (-112°F). When storing peptides for months or even years, freezing is optimal to preserve the peptide’s stability.
