Each weekday, within 24 hours of confirming your payment, your shipping label will be printed and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Orders placed after 3 pm Friday ship the following week; tracking typically goes out at the start of that week, depending on processing times.

Please use the site contact form for any issues (missing items, damage, etc.). Include your name, email, order number, and the details. We typically respond within 24–48 hours and will get it resolved quickly.

If an item in your order is backlogged, we’ll place the order on hold until the product arrives—then ship immediately.

First Class: typically 5–7 days.
Priority Mail: approximately 2–4 days.
Express Mail: approximately 24–48 hours.

Expect seasonal delays (holidays) for First Class/Priority; Express is rarely delayed. Use your tracking number for real-time updates or enroll in USPS Informed Delivery.

Unopened, unused bottles are accepted within 10 days of receipt. We cannot resell returned products, so please initiate any change-of-mind returns within that window.

Yes. COAs with HPLC/MS data are available on each product page.

We do not use fillers like mannitol or lactose. 5–10 mg of pure peptide occupies very little volume, so the vial may look sparse—but the full stated mass is present and ready for reconstitution for research.
